The RF prober enhances the 300SA semi-automatic prober by adding RF probing capabilities. It supports frequencies ranging from the widely used 40 GHz bandwidth to THz. Typically, the system is equipped with four micro-positioners, though it can accommodate more if needed. It can be configured as a turnkey solution based on your specifications, as a standalone RF prober, or any combination in between. Additionally, the prober can be adapted to function as an RF prober, a four-positioner DC prober, or a multi-site DC prober by simply swapping the platen.
